Affiliate Support Manager (Arabic language)

We are looking for a proactive Affiliate Support Manager who, together with affiliate managers, will oversee partners. In this position, you will be checking the advertisement, helping with partner issues, and negotiating partners' return to active work. The following qualities are important: you must be detail-oriented, adaptable, and have strong communication skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:

— Experience: At least 3 months of experience in partner relations, media buying, influence marketing or affiliate marketing within the iGaming industry.
— Skills: Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail in monitoring and optimizing advertising placements.
— Competencies: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to retain partners.
— Language: Advanced English and Advanced Arabic.
— Motivation: A proactive, results-driven candidate with the ability to build long-term relationships and bring inactive partners back into the network.
— Knowledge: Understanding of affiliate marketing mechanics, traffic sources, commission models, and fraud prevention in iGaming.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

— Retention & Reactivation: Work to reactivate dormant or underperforming partners, encouraging them to renew partnerships and improve results.
— Partner Support: Provide partners with the necessary materials, updates, and strategies to enhance their performance.
— Advertisement Monitoring: Regularly check affiliate placements to ensure compliance and optimal visibility.
— Problem-Solving: Respond to partner queries and forward more complex concerns to affiliate managers when needed.
— Collaboration: Work closely with affiliate managers and marketing teams to develop strategies for partner retention and engagement.
