What will you do:

1. Documents and data analysis:
   1. Gathering documents for tenders/proposals from finance, in-house legal teams;
   2. Gathering of projects information needed for credentials upon closure. Coordinating engagement managers to fill in the Discover database;
   3. Organization of credentials/case studies for the last 10-15 years by projects, clients and industries in MS Excel;
   4. Running database of standard content & wording for proposals;
   5. Preparation of relevant additional documentation for the potential clients (case studies, pitches, presentations, etc.)
2. Market intelligence:
   1. Market research, monitoring, mapping, update of information regarding new sectors;
   2. Collection of industry overview
3. Administrative tasks:
   1. Supporting Managers and above with Risk Management questions;
   2. Lead Social Media accounts for Service line, articles preparation

What skills do you need to have:

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Marketing or similar spheres;
• Proficient in Excel, Power Point;
• English is a must;
