Senior IT Recruiter & Career Consultant (English)

Transparent Hiring is an international company helping IT specialists from Russia and Eastern Europe find jobs and relocate to Germany and Austria. For over 5 years, we've been supporting professionals at every step of their career move - from improving their profiles to getting job offers and settling in a new country.

Now we’re looking for a Senior Recruiter who is passionate about people, understands the IT job market, and is ready to take on additional responsibilities as a Career Consultant. This role combines active recruitment with personalized support for job seekers. You’ll help our candidates not only get hired but also make strategic decisions about their careers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing

• Post and update job descriptions on relevant platforms and social media

• Maintain organized and up-to-date records in the ATS

• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process and ensure a smooth candidate experience

• Conduct personalized career consultations, helping clients identify goals and navigate the job search

• Provide interview preparation support, including mock interviews and tailored feedback

• Stay up to date with industry and job market trends, especially in the German tech landscape

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in the international market

• Fluent English (C1+) and native Russian, German will be a plus

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Proactive attitude and ability to manage multiple tasks independently

• Familiarity with CRM/ATS tools and Google Workspace

• Experience in career consulting or coaching is a strong plus
