HR Assistant / IT Recruiter

Transparent Hiring is an international company helping IT specialists from Russia and Eastern Europe find jobs and relocate to Germany and Austria. For over 5 years, we've been supporting professionals at every step of their career move — from improving their profiles to getting job offers and settling in a new country.

Now we're looking for a teammate to join us in this mission and help our clients with their job search: finding the right vacancies, applying to companies, and supporting candidates all the way to their dream job abroad.

If you have experience in HR, IT recruitment, career consulting or client support — and you're excited to work with people and make a real difference — we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Search for IT job openings based on the client's background and preferences

• Apply to vacancies on behalf of the client across various platforms

• Communicate with clients in Russian and English, providing updates and guidance

• Write and edit cover letters tailored to specific job roles

• Report on the progress of each case and suggest next steps

• Send outreach messages to potential employers via LinkedIn

• Solve questions or concerns and make the job search as smooth as possible

Requirements

• Experience in HR, recruiting, client support, or career consulting

• Native Russian and confident English (B2–C1 level)

• Excellent communication and writing skills

• Basic understanding of the IT job market (e.g., you know Java is not JavaScript )

• Strong research skills and attention to detail

• Comfortable working with LinkedIn, job boards, Google Docs
