We are seeking a responsible and empathic person to join the team to help customers deal with questions and situations that require support.
We also consider candidates with no experience for part-time work.
Responsibilities:
- Customers support in using the personal account of Noventiq Subscriptions service in different countries (LATAM)
- Conducting training and demonstrations for customers in local languages
- Participation in the development of an IT product (understanding the strategy, development directions, and participation in demonstrations of new releases)
- Consultation and support of related specialists (Operations , Finance) for cooperation with Noventiq Subscriptions
- Translation from English to local language (main language is Spanish, Portuguese will be an advantage)
- Chatbot and catalog content administration
Requirements:
- Strong computer skills
- 1-2 year experience in customer support
- High sense of responsibility and accountability
- Ability to provide timely responses and follow up systematically
- Strong problem-solving skill with analytical thinking
- Ability to write and speak in Spanish fluently
- Ability to write and speak in English fluently
