Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for a strategic, hands-on, and experienced Head of Sales to lead the rebuilding of our Sales Department from the ground up. If you’ve successfully led or scaled a sales team before, and you’re ready to apply your experience in a fast-paced education company, we want to meet you.
Your Responsibilities
Rebuild and lead the Sales Department: create and implement a strategy tailored to our business model and mission.
Set KPIs and processes for lead generation, nurturing, and conversions (online and offline).
Coach and manage sales representatives to hit ambitious enrollment targets.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, and Academic teams to ensure alignment and results.
Analyze performance data to optimize funnel effectiveness.
Report directly to the COO with strategic recommendations and updates.
What You Bring
✅ Proven experience (3+ years) in sales leadership, preferably in education, EdTech, or B2C services.
✅ Strong background in structuring or restructuring sales departments.
✅ Experience in CRM systems, data-driven sales, and people management.
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and coaching skills.
✅ Leadership mindset with a bias for action and results-driven thinking.
Bonus: Experience in startups, high-growth companies, or working with youth-focused brands.
