About Us:
SATashkent is a leading education center in Uzbekistan that prepares students for the SAT exam. We are dedicated to helping students reach their full potential through a student-centered approach, innovative teaching methods, and strong academic support. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, and other HR functions.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews

• Support onboarding processes for new hires, including documentation and orientation

• Maintain and update HR databases, spreadsheets, and personnel files

• Help organize training and development initiatives

• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal communications

• Participate in HR policy and process development

• Perform general administrative and HR-related tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Strong interest in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Organizational Development

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace and ClickUp

• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous internship or coursework in HR or business-related fields

• Familiarity with recruitment tools (e.g., Google Forms, Hh.uz, or LinkedIn)

• Experience working in a team or extracurricular organization
