Junior Recruiter

Human Lab is looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our team.

This vacancy is an ideal opportunity for those who have no experience in recruitment and have a strong desire to start a career.

Required Skills:

• B2/Upper-Intermediate level of English;

Responsibilities:

• Searching for and recruiting candidates;

• Creating vacancies description;
• Publishing vacancies at a variety of platforms
• Communicating with applicants;
• Maintaining and actively expanding our candidate base;
• Interviewing;
• Working with the internal CRM system and processes.

Selection for the position through 3 stages

1. Interview with a recruiter
2. Internship 1 week (employment up to 4 hours a day)
3. Final interview and offer (in case of successful completion of the internship)
