Job responisibilties:
Manage 360 degree marketing activities , strategy, budget for TV and AV product.
Budget Management: Manage budgets for Kazakhstan (KZ) and NC regions ( MN, KG, TJ,TM,UZ).
Activities Planning: Plan and organize activities in line with regional objectives.
NPI Process Management: Supervise and manage the New Product Introduction (NPI) process.
LG Digital Campaigns: Manage both LG-owned digital campaigns and Online Sales Media (OSM) campaigns.
LG.com/KZ Content Management: Registration of new modes, mange banners and categories inside lg.kz.
SNS Content Management: Manage content for social media platforms, including influencer partnerships, Reels, and other social media activities.
PR Content: Develop and manage public relations content.
ISM Projects Involvement: Participate in in-store projects ( ne BZ developents, renovation , new POP development, POP adoptation).
Creative Work: Lead creative efforts for co-promotions, projects, and video/photoshoot production.
Sample Management: Oversee the management and distribution of samples.
Other Responsibilities:
Research contracts and market analysis.
Organize dealer trips and events.
Handle dealer gifts and event preparations.
UZ/MN Support Requests: Provide support for Uzbekistan and Mongolia -related inquiries and needs.
ATL Product-Related Activities: Lead Above-the-Line (ATL) product-related initiatives and campaigns.
Requirements:
- International companies experience from 3 years and more in similar position (Brand marketing)
- Adaptability to changing market trends and willingness to learn new marketing tools and techniques.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments and regions.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
