We are currently looking for an experienced Fraud Prevention Process Owner to join a fast-paced, innovative, and customer-focused international team.
Key Responsibilities:
Fraud Policy Development
- Design and implement robust fraud prevention strategies for mobile and card transactions
- Develop dynamic fraud management solutions that minimize customer disruption
- Stay up to date with evolving fraud trends, technologies, and industry best practices
Customer-Centric Fraud Management
- Collaborate with customer experience teams to align policies with user expectations
- Ensure fraud detection tools maintain a balance between security and usability
- Resolve complex fraud-related customer complaints with professionalism and care
Fraud Monitoring & Analysis
- Monitor fraud trends and proactively adapt policies
- Use data analytics to identify and address emerging risks
- Define and track key metrics to measure effectiveness
Policy Implementation & Delivery
- Lead the implementation of fraud prevention strategies across systems and teams
- Work closely with tech, operations, and customer support teams
- Ensure seamless integration of fraud controls into products and processes
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with risk, compliance, and legal teams to ensure regulatory alignment
- Engage with product teams to embed fraud prevention in the early development stages
- Represent the company in external forums and industry groups to drive innovation
Requirements:
- 5–7 years of experience in fraud prevention, risk management, or related roles within a retail bank or fintech environment
- Proven track record in developing and implementing customer-friendly fraud policies
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with large datasets
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Working knowledge of card transaction processes and application security
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution
