We’re expanding — and now we’re looking for a top-tier Personal Assistant to support our CEO in both business and private (family office) matters.
About the Role
As the right hand to our CEO, you’ll be at the heart of our business operations, managing an array of responsibilities that are essential to keeping the organization running smoothly. You’ll be expected to juggle business support, personal tasks, and executive-level coordination with discretion and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, scheduling, and international travel
Handle personal tasks related to the CEO’s family office (appointments, bookings, errands, etc.)
Prioritize and organize communications, including emails and reports
Prepare high-level documents: presentations, meeting materials, and briefings
Coordinate executive meetings, events, and international business engagements
Conduct background research and manage special ad hoc projects
Serve as a liaison between the CEO and teams, partners, and stakeholders globally
Safeguard confidential information and ensure smooth, behind-the-scenes support
Requirements:
Experience: 3+ years as a Personal Assistant in a fast-paced, international setting
Languages: Fluent English (C1 minimum); Spanish at B2 level is a strong plus
Skills: Research, communication, Impeccable organization, attention to detail, tech-savvy (MS Office, online tools, incuding AI tools)
Personality: Discreet, proactive, solution-oriented, emotionally intelligent
Availability: Flexible across time zones; occasional international travel required

Professional Service Agreement: 12-month contract with 3-month probation, renewable
Compensation: $1,000–$1,500/month + performance-based bonuses
