Now we are looking for a Net Revenue Manager.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Leading of Pricing agenda: elasticity analysis, proposal of price changes on SKU level, input to SNOP cycle, price monitoring, PI reco by channel, competitors’ environment analysis, price monitoring;
• Promo management: full management of promo process in the organization incl. development and implementation of promo-guidelines by customer/channels, VOD&DOD analysis on the market, promo efficiency pre- and post-analysis, proposals on efficiency improvement, promo tool management;
• Trade terms management: global guidelines adaptation, support of NKA team in negotiation process;
• Participation in Innovations process: inputs to business case on pricing, channel mix, selling stories;
• Regular communication with Global PRGM team in order to integrate Global strategy insights into country business and share country needs, best practice sharing;
• Deep market analysis on performance of particular SKUs/brands and route cause analysis, regular and ad-hock reports

What you need to succeed:

• University degree;
• More than 2 years experience in Finance or Revenue Management;
• Strong communication and analytical skills;

• Excellent Excel & Power Point skills;

• English Upper-Intermediate & higher;

• Will be a plus: people management experience
