We are expanding! As part of our strategic growth, we are launching a new lead generation team — and we’re looking for an experienced and driven Senior Lead Generation Specialist to build and lead the team from the ground up.
We are a unique software outsourcing company with a modern approach to delivery and client engagement. While we’re a young company, we’re backed by a solid group with over 15 years of experience in tech services. Now, we’re looking to scale our outreach and build a high-performing leadgen team.
What You'll Do:
- Build, lead, and manage a new Lead Generation team;
- Hire, mentor, and supervise junior leadgen specialists;
- Define and implement leadgen strategies and processes;
- Set KPIs, track performance, and continuously optimize the team’s workflow;
- Personally handle outreach to key prospects and strategic accounts when needed;
- Drive and coordinate LinkedIn, email, and other outbound campaigns;
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on goals;
- Own the transition of qualified leads to the sales pipeline.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of proven experience in B2B lead generation or sales development;
- Experience building or leading a leadgen or SDR team;
- Strong knowledge of outbound automatization tools;
- Experience working in or with IT/tech services;
- Ability to write and develop outreach sequences, offering guidance in this area;
- Excellent written and verbal English (B2+ minimum);
- Proactive, organized, results-oriented mindset;
- Leadership skills with the ability to hire, train, and motivate a team;
- Data-driven approach and experience working with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive).
