RichBrains is seeking a dynamic and resourceful Lead Generation Specialist, who will be responsible for spearheading our efforts to identify and attract high-potential clients, supporting the company’s market growth through inventive and adaptable outreach strategies.
You will drive our pipeline by researching, qualifying, and engaging prospective leads through a variety of channels and creative campaigns. Your success in this role will devepend on a solid grasp of lead generation and sales development processes, and possess the initiative to propose innovative ideas and optimise outreach methods.
Responsibilities:
Own and independently manage the full sales cycle (from lead generation to deal closing)
Grow and nurture professional network
Establish and nurture professional relationships with prospective clients and partners via emails, LinkedIn and other digital channels
Determine and prioritise multiple outbound initiatives based on impact and alignment with strategic goals
Constantly test, iterate and scale outreach tactics – bring ideas to the table and take full accountability for their execution
Requirements:

Familiarity with AI tools and experience with them in day-to-day work
Knowledge of German language
