We are looking for a proactive and data-driven CRM Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing customer communication strategies to drive engagement, retention, and customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
Optimize communication channels (email, SMS) to ensure effective CRM campaign delivery
Develop and execute A/B tests to improve messaging and increase conversion rates
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to CRM initiatives
Analyze user behavior to identify growth opportunities and improve customer engagement
Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, retention metrics, and other key data
Participate in team planning and contribute to CRM strategy development
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure a consistent customer communication approach
Design and implement CRM campaigns focused on customer retention and loyalty
Manually configure marketing communications via Customer.io and other platforms
Create and integrate email campaigns and other marketing communications across channels
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or customer engagement roles
Proven experience working with Customer.io is required
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Customer.io, Braze, Salesforce, or similar)
Strong analytical skills and experience working with data, segmentation, and campaign performance metrics
Proficiency in A/B testing methodologies and marketing automation
Understanding of customer lifecycle and retention strategies
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
