Overview:

This position is responsible for GAAP reports preparation and submission to СFIN consolidation tool. Preforms execution of monthly and annual closing procedures under GAAP. Intercompany accounts reconciliation. Performs accruals/ GAAP adjustments calculation and posting to ERP. Fixed Assets control. Controls proper cost allocation (by cost center, by product etc).

Responsibilities/Description:

1. GAAP responsibilities:

• Month-end closure – accurate and on-time
• Master data up to date – products, cost-centers, customers, suppliers, employees
• EIS reconciliation – COGS and sales on a monthly basis
• FA accounting under US GAAP standards on daily basis
• Project work, ad-hoc Corporate requests
• Deferred taxes calculation under US GAAP standards and reconciliation local GAAP vs US GAAP
• Intercompany reconciliation on a monthly basis
• Take part in automatization process if needed
• Perform financial and variance analysis of P&L and BS on a monthly basis

2. RAS responsibilities:

• Intercompany – reconciliations, payment planning, work on credit notes (unloading from SAP)
• Payment requests in local ERP 1C
• FA under local Russian standards
• Stock provision – calculation, approval with the responsible person

3. Physical actions in the office:

• Systematization of primary documents of the Moscow region – orders, advance reports, acts of suppliers, etc.
• Transfer of Documents to the archive of an external company

4. Abilities to work:

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision under high pressure, be results oriented and be able to work in a flexible and fast-paced environment.
• Working experience as a reporting accountant. 1 years as a minimum experience is required. Higher education in economic, finance or accounting professional qualifications
• Proficiency with Microsoft O365 suite (Excel, Word, Power Point, Sharepoint, OneDrive and Teams), 1C.
• English (upper intermediate)
• Be focused on simplification and process improvement.
