We are looking for an energetic and strategic Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the promotion and upselling of our edtech solutions and educational offerings. This individual will drive brand awareness, develop B2B and B2C channels, and execute sales strategies that bring our projects to more institutions and learners.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Growth
Identify potential clients including schools, training centers, government bodies, and universities.
Develop and implement a regional sales strategy to drive revenue growth.
Handle inbound leads and convert them into long-term clients.
Pitch products and prepare customized proposals and demos.
Marketing & Campaign Management
Plan and run marketing campaigns (online and offline) to promote our edtech products.
Oversee digital marketing initiatives — including social media, email marketing, and webinars.
Collaborate with design/content teams to create compelling collateral.
Partnership & Outreach
Build relationships with education stakeholders and influencers in the region.
Represent the company at events, expos, and networking opportunities.
Establish partnerships for co-branded or sponsored educational initiatives.
⚪ Reporting & Strategy
Track KPIs, sales metrics, and campaign performance.
Provide insights to guide product positioning and pricing strategies.
Report regularly to senior leadership with progress and projections.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or related field (preferred)
Minimum 1-2 years of sales/marketing experience, ideally in education or tech
Proven ability to meet sales targets and lead campaigns from concept to execution
Excellent communication and negotiation skills (Kazakh, English, and Russian skills required)
Self-motivated, creative thinker, and well-connected in the local education ecosystem
