- Reception team management
- Transportation supplier`s management (timely pick up/drop off)
- Submit order and issue out for office supplies
- Administration of invoices and acts of goods acceptance (Tracking supplier`s invoices)
- Administration of employee’s time sheets and submit to the system
- Meal supply management for the office during the events/celebrations
- Support employees on base/office needs
- Analysis of spend for office and facility related expenses
- Supporting with finding houses for expatriate employees
• Language: Kazakh (fluent), Russian, English (fluent)
• Experience: 3 years minimum in administrative duties
• Education: University
• Residence: Atyrau
