Key Responsibilities:
Responding to incoming inquiries: initial qualification, identifying customer needs, and handling objections
Providing client support via live chat, phone, email, and Zoom meetings
Preparing personalized offers, commercial proposals, and invoices
Managing the sales pipeline: updating CRM records, monitoring deal progress, and ensuring timely payments
Maintaining detailed and accurate deal and customer profiles in the CRM
Collaborating closely with internal teams including marketing, logistics, and design
Ensuring a consistently high standard of customer service
Requirements:
6+ months experience in sales or customer support within an e-commerce or retail environment
Fluent English (both written and spoken)
Proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage
Experience working with CRM systems (Bitrix24 is a plus)
Strong analytical mindset
Confident user of Excel or Google Sheets (experience with Airtable is a plus)
Excellent business communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
