Responsible for:
In Sales & forecasting:
- Sell-Out results’ collecting and accumulating: by products, lines, POS, clients, etc.
In Trade marketing:
- Trade marketing programs development & implementation: windows, coop activities, spraying, GWP, trade incentive program.
- Merchandising development and control: Fr, MUP, SK
- Ensure effective communication with the trade basing on Brand requirements, clients needs
- Clients Stock recommendations development and control
In Marketing:
- Marketing programs implementation:
- CRM: data base, mailings and other retail activities
- Competitors activities – collecting information
- Market analysis – collecting information.
- Control and repairing of merchandising elements
- PR and other projects assist (training, events for clients’ BCs and shop managers)
- Launch reporting of events
- Summing-up of contests and preparing / organization of winners’ trips
Analysis and Reporting:
- Systematic analysis of activity effectiveness, including gathering and analyzing sales data, conversions, and other key metrics.
- Preparation of reports on activities undertaken, including outcomes of events, for presentation to management.
E-com:
- Managing product catalogs on retail partners' websites.
- Planning, coordinating, and executing customer engagement activities and promotions.
- Developing special pricing offers, working on promotional campaigns, and analyzing their effectiveness.
- Managing customer loyalty programs, including email newsletters, app notifications, and SMS.
In team network:
- Coordinate and manage the work of Brand BC`s, visagists, cosmetologists. Actively include team members to all Brand tasks, to which they could be helpful or which could be delegated.
