To provide Industrial Relations (IR) support and activities to internal and external Stakeholders within his/her accountability as stated below
Conduct monitoring over compliance of Contractors/Subcontractors with requirements of the RoK legislation, Company Acts and relevant Contract terms and conditions, as well as labour relations acts adopted by Contractors/Subcontractors organizations engaged at Area of Operations and other required activities as described in the relevant company document (Contractor/Subcontractor HR, Living and Catering Facilities Monitoring).
Требования:
• English - upper intermediate (verbal)
University Degree (Legal, HRM, Social Sciences)
• At least 5 years previous experience with a medium to large company • 3 years of work experience in the multicultural environment • 2 years of experience in negotiating with government and local authorities
