We are looking for an HR Director to become a key part of our leadership team. This is a vital role for someone who wants to build the HR function from the ground up in a fast-growing international company focused on technology and people.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a scalable HR strategy aligned with the dynamics of a startup
• Lead recruitment and talent acquisition processes across multiple countries
• Build and implement KPI systems and performance-based bonus structures
• Maintain and develop a strong, engaging corporate culture
• Design and implement onboarding, training, development, and retention programs
• Support team leads and managers in building effective international teams
• Formalize HR processes, policies, and internal procedures in a fully remote environment
Our Ideal Candidate:
• Has proven HR leadership experience, ideally in startups or fast-growing tech companies
• Combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• Has experience building and managing HR systems in companies with 100+ employees
• Has expertise in developing KPI frameworks, bonus systems, and non-financial motivation mechanisms
• Possesses excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Has experience working with international and remote-first teams
• Fluency in both English and Russian is required
