Responsibilities:
- Process sales orders for instruments, equipment and implants in SAP;
- Process orders for Rotating Kits capitalization in SAP-based tool;
- Co-ordinate activities of all parties involved in instruments orders processing (warehouse, distributor, sales, product manager, supply chain);
- Interact with marketing and sales teams on routine questions related to demand for instruments;
- Work with planning&supply on safety stock level determination and maintenance;
- Manage claim process related to instruments;
- Interact with European teams to maintain awareness of the policies, procedures and best practices in instruments kits rotation field;
- Be key-contact for IT team for instruments-related tools and systems improvement;
- Implement respective internal policies and legal requirements;
- Take key-role in stock-takes of instruments at the main WH and regional WHs;
- Maintain reporting on Instruments rotation.
Requirements: - Higher education;
- Professional experience in supply chain functions;
- Clear understanding of supply chain key-processes;
- SAP experience;
- Advanced MS Excel skills;
- Proficiency in written and spoken English (minimum Upper-Intermediate level);
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
