Senior Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a Senior Operations Coordinator for an international logistics company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Freight Coordination & Shipment Management;
• Documentation & Compliance;
• Customer Service & Client Relations;
• Problem-Solving & Risk Management;
• Coordination with Internal Teams.

• Minimum 5 years of business experience in a global business network;
• Minimum 5 year of similar role experience in a global freight forwarding network;
• Bachelor's or higher degree;
• Minimum B2 English level;
• Profeciency in freight management software and Microsoft Office;
• Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and Incoterms;
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
• Effective communication and customer service skills;
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload efficiently;
• Familiarity with hazardous materials shipping and compliance.
• Holding FIATA and/or IATA certification

• Remote-based role with occasional visits to warehouses, ports, or customer locations;
• May require occasional after-hours availability to handle urgent shipments or international time zone differences;
• We provide a laptop and mobile communication.
