Job Summary:
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented IT Service Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will provide crucial support for daily activities in change management, assist in budget management, and ensure smooth coordination with third-party vendors. The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses strong administrative skills, and understands IT operations and change management processes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead IT vendor management activities, including vendor acceptance procedures and contract management.
- Provide support for IT budget management, including tracking expenses, reviewing invoices, and assisting in budget planning and forecasting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective communication of changes to stakeholders and impacted parties.
- Help maintain change management documentation, including change requests, impact assessments, and approval records.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions to streamline IT services and enhance change management efficiency.
- Provide support with IT project management.
- Provide backup support to the IT Service and Change Manager, ensuring smooth operations during their absence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience in an administrative or support role within IT service or change management is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of IT service and change management processes.
- Familiarity with budget management processes and vendor coordination.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at various levels.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
