StarDust is a payment system with a robust online banking infrastructure suitable for most online businesses. A guide to the world of e-commerce and consulting.

We provide a full range of marketing services for e-commerce - from market research and consulting to BTL.

We are currently looking for a Middle Key Account Manager to join our team, whose main task is to promote our products and support existing customers all around the world.

What is to be done:

  • Providing ongoing account support to existing customers assigned by the KAM team.
  • Informing new and existing customers of promotions, upgraded product lines, and offers.
  • Notifying customers of unforeseen delivery delays or other complications, and facilitating suitable interventions.
  • Conducting cross-sell and up-sell
  • Collaborating with the sales team to identify new sales leads and develop sales plans.
  • Reporting to KAM managers as required.
  • Conducting sales research and identifying new sales opportunities.
  • Documenting processes and maintaining KAM department records.

Our expectations from the candidate:

  • High level of English language proficiency (at least B2).
  • Experience working with B2B clients/in operational support is required.
  • Interest in the fintech field, readiness to study information about payment methods.
  • Proficiency in office software, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • High organizational skills and time management skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new processes, communication skills, analytical mindset.
