As a Creators Acquisition Manager, you will identify, engage, and onboard talented creators and studios to our platforms through scouts in different regions. You will be responsible for developing and executing funnels to attract high-quality content creators who align with the platform's values and target audience. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and strong interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with creators.

What you'll be working on:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive funnel for acquiring new creators that aligns with the platform's goals and objectives;
• Identify key target segments and niches for creator acquisition;
• Actively reach out to potential creators and scouts through various channels, including social media, similar platforms, and online communities;
• Engage with creators to understand their needs, showcase the platform's value proposition, and build strong relationships.

What we expect from you:

• Experience in Recruiting Scouts from Different Regions;
• Proven track record of successfully identifying and onboarding high-profile creators;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with creators, influencers, and industry stakeholders;
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with creators, fostering a sense of community and loyalty to the platform;
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, track key performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions;
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative strategies for attracting diverse and high-quality creators and scouts;Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and support teams, to ensure a seamless experience for creators;
• Deep understanding of the cultural, legal, and economic differences across various regions (e.g., Latin America, Asia, Europe, Africa);
• Proficiency in multiple languages relevant to the target regions to facilitate effective communication with potential scouts and creators, fostering strong relationships and understanding regional nuances.
