We are looking for a Full-stack Team Lead to work on our project.

You will be responsible for:

• Oversee and coordinate the end-to-end release process for software products.

• Establish and enforce release management practices, including version control, change management, and deployment pipelines.

• Mentor and support team members in their professional growth and technical challenges.

• Guide the team in making technical decisions, ensuring alignment with architectural principles and best practices.

• Drive the adoption of appropriate tools, frameworks, and technologies to improve efficiency and product quality.

• Actively participate in coding and code reviews to maintain high standards and address critical issues.

The ideal candidate for this position will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, working to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

Your experience:

• At least 10 years of experience in web development;

• Strong experience with front-end (React);

• Strong experience with back-end (Node.js + basic knowledge of PHP);

• Ability to manage a team, offer and justify your decisions;

• AWS knowledge to be able to manage AWS (when issues arise).
