Your key responsibilities:

- Handling incoming leads: initial contact, needs assessment, and lead qualification

- Expanding the client database; updating and maintaining the database in the CRM system

- Working with clients: conducting negotiations, presenting company products, transferring clients to other specialists, sending commercial proposals

- Collaborating with the sales team

- Meeting monthly and quarterly targets

Requirements:

- Proficiency in Arabic and English at C1 level

- Experience in sales/real estate

- Excellent communication skills and ability to conduct business correspondence

- Understanding of customer interaction specifics

- Mastery of sales techniques and product presentation; skills in warm and cold sales

- Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM systems
