Business Development Manager

BI Group is hiring a Business Development Manager for our Industrial&Energy Division!
We are expanding our presence in EPC+F projects across the Light Industrial segment - including advanced manufacturing facilities and warehouses - with a regional focus on Central, Northern, and Eastern Kazakhstan.
Experience in Metals & Mining, Chinese investor relations, EPC+F partnerships or International Investment Attraction is a strong advantage.

Your key responsibilities:
* Identify and pre-sale new industrial construction contracts
* Lead GR activities and pre-tender negotiations
* Prepare presentations and manage stakeholder communications (clients, investors, partners)
* Conduct market research and build a robust project pipeline
* Support the full tender process: from prequalification to contract signing
* Drive the development of integrated turnkey solutions (EPC+F, PPP)

We are looking for:
* A professional with 3+ years of experience in the construction sector
* Strong communicator with analytical skills
* English proficiency C1 or higher
* Intermediate and above proficiency in Figma, PowerPoint
