We are partnering with a leading global financial services company which is currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Affiliate Compliance Team Lead to join their Regulatory Compliance Department.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures for the affiliate program.
- Monitor affiliate activities to ensure compliance with legal regulations, internal policies, and industry best practices.
- Conduct audits and risk assessments of affiliate partners to detect fraudulent or non-compliant behavior.
- Investigate and resolve compliance violations, enforcing appropriate corrective actions.
- Collaborate with legal, risk, and finance teams to mitigate regulatory risks.
- Provide training and guidance to internal teams and affiliates on compliance requirements.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting affiliate marketing.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of compliance-related incidents and actions taken.
Key Competencies & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in affiliate compliance, risk management, or a similar role in a regulated industry (fintech, gambling, crypto, e-commerce, etc.)
- Strong understanding of compliance regulations, fraud detection, and risk management in affiliate marketing.
- Ability to identify patterns of fraudulent activities and implement preventive measures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to handle compliance violations effectively.
- Experience with compliance monitoring tools, fraud detection software, and affiliate tracking systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to review and analyze data for compliance breaches.
