Finance Manager

Duties:

• Conduct research and analysis of the local financing market.
• Perform due diligence on local banks and establish strong customer relationships to facilitate financing projects in alignment with Huawei’s financial requirements.
• Execute tasks in compliance with process requirements and corporate standards.

• Manage financing projects, from solution design to final collection.

• Finish due diligence towards local banks and build customer relationship to operate financing project and satisfy Huawei’s financing requirements.
• Ensure familiarity with DP process requirements and follow the exception handling mechanism.
• Prepare and submit timely reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years in a related field (e.g., financing manager in an enterprise, consulting firm, or audit firm’s financing consulting group).

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.

• Basic Financial Analysis and Financial Reporting expertise.

• Knowledge of Enterprise Financing and local financing markets.

• Ability to analyze customer financing needs and develop suitable financial proposals.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills with banks.

• Languages: Fluency in English, Russian, and Uzbek is required. Knowledge of Chinese is an advantage but not mandatory.

• Strong sense of responsibility, goal-oriented mindset, and attention to detail.

Work Conditions:

• Work in the Tashkent office, near Oybek metro station.
• Working hours: 9: 00-18: 00 (lunch break 12: 30-13: 30).
• Working days: Monday - Friday (5/7)
• Days off: Saturday, Sunday.
• Probation period: 3 months.
• Working language: English (spoken English proficiency required; the interview will be conducted in English).
