1. Daily office admin work (support for manager and employee’s daily request);
2. Office monthly purchase order;
3. Daily admin related contract and public payment application process;
4. Employee’s welfare gift or dinner arrangement;
5. Local supplier search and management;
6. Office maintenance (if need find local resource for repairment);
7. Follow all approval process for all necessary purchase;
8. Admin team daily communication and work order (if have);
9. Daily or weekly report to regional manager for KAZ office;
10. All other necessary office works.
Требования:1. Proficient in English speaking. Chinese will be a plus;
2. At least 2-3 years admin or purchase experience;
3. Strong capability in excel, ppt and computer use.
