About the Role
You will lead high-impact initiatives aimed at improving data accuracy, attribution clarity, and user behavior insights. Your work will support key business and product strategies, helping us reduce blind spots in user acquisition and engagement. This role combines classical data analysis with technical knowledge of tracking systems like GA4 and Amplitude, and requires strong experience in attribution logic across advertising platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure seamless data flows and integration with analytics and advertising platforms.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to tracking setups, attribution issues, browser behavior, consent management, and server-side tracking.
- Maintain tracking accuracy, proactively identifying and troubleshooting discrepancies across all platforms.
- Own and improve the integrity of web analytics data across GA4, Amplitude, and other tracking systems.
- Deeply understand and fine-tune attribution models to better reflect user behavior and source impact.
- Collaborate with engineering to implement necessary tracking and data enrichment strategies.
- Analyze behavioral and event-based data to extract insights and identify growth opportunities.
- Build hypotheses, run A/B tests, and support product decisions with clear data narratives.
- Create dashboards and automated reporting for business and product teams.
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations.
Required Skills & Experience
- Solid hands-on experience with GA4, Amplitude, and modern tracking systems “under the hood”.
- Expertise in traffic attribution modeling (first click, last click, linear, etc.) and their business impact.
- Understanding of pixel-based vs server-side tracking, and ability to architect scalable tracking flows.
- Familiarity with enriching event data using external sources (UTMs, CRM, etc.)
- Strong background in classical analytics and behavioral data analysis.
- Experience working with advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads from a data/attribution perspective.
- Proficiency in SQL
- Experience working with databases such as BigQuery and ClickHouse
- Proficiency in Power BI or similar tools.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills to present insights.
