Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from conception to launch and ongoing optimization;

• Set clear, measurable goals for the product and ensure alignment with business objectives;

• Conduct comprehensive user and market research, including competitor analysis and trend monitoring, focusing on the gambling and entertainment industry;

• Gather and analyze user feedback, transforming insights into actionable improvements;

• Identify and propose data-driven opportunities for product innovation and growth;

• Analyze product performance metrics and user data to uncover areas for optimization;

• Develop strategies to enhance user engagement, retention, and revenue generation;

• Coordinate team efforts, monitor progress, and adjust plans to meet deadlines and objectives;

• Communicate product vision, goals, and progress effectively to stakeholders;

• Define and document product processes, workflows, and best practices.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of proven experience in product management within the iGaming or related industries;

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field;

• Strong expertise in user and market research, including competitor and trend analysis;

• Solid experience in data analytics and the ability to make data-driven decisions;

• Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar for data analysis;

• Ability to manage and inspire cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment;

• Deep understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies;

• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving;

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills;

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail;

• Adaptable and resourceful, capable of working independently and leading a team;

• Fluent in English (C1 or higher); additional language skills (Russian) are a plus.
