Senior Product Manager (iGaming)

The team is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the betting platform and its entire supporting infrastructure for two brands in the Serbian market.

The Senior Product Manager is responsible for defining the product strategy, making key decisions on product growth and enhancements, and ensuring the successful development of the platform.

This role involves close collaboration with project managers, developers, product teams, QA engineers, marketing, and administrative teams, while reporting directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market and competitor research to understand user needs, anticipate trends, and identify new opportunities
• Collaborate daily with project managers, developers, marketing, and administrative teams, gathering and systematizing user feedback from sales and support departments
• Identify key business and marketing needs, define overall goals, and manage expectations
• Formulate, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog
• Work with metrics, analyze results, and make data-driven decisions
• Stay up to date with global trends and technologies in the betting industry
• Optimize processes related to product strategy implementation
• Efficiently manage the product roadmap, plan development stages, and execute the product strategy

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or CPO
• 3+ years of experience in iGaming and a technical background
• Strong results-oriented mindset and ability to meet KPIs
• Excellent analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
• Passion for modern technology, adaptability, and a sense of humor
• Ability to make quick decisions and handle challenges effectively
• Proven experience in building product processes and successfully working with cross-functional teams (development, marketing, analytics)
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and prioritization methodologies
• Strong technical knowledge, including software development fundamentals and UX/UI design principles for web and mobile platforms
• Proficiency with key product management tools, including Miro, Figma, and task trackers
• Hands-on work will be required
• English level B2-C1
