Corporate Legal Specialist / Legal Counsel (Dubai)

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Legal Specialist (mid- to senior-level) to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role will be instrumental in supporting our legal practice, ensuring compliance, and facilitating the company's ongoing operations within the UAE.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and support on corporate matters within the UAE.
• Assist with the establishment of new companies within UAE Free Zones, including documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure compliance with UAE laws and regulations.

• 2+ years of legal experience within the UAE.
• Law degree or relevant legal qualification.
• Strong understanding of UAE Free Zone regulations and procedures.
• Proven experience in opening new companies in the UAE.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
