Financial Planning & Analyst

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Financial Planning & Analyst (FP&A) to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity to be part of forming a new FP&A department. You will not only work with financial analysis and forecasting but also contribute to building key processes, automating reporting, and implementing best financial management practices.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, financial consulting, or a similar analytical role;
• Strong proficiency in Excel (Power Query + Pivot required), financial modeling, and SQL (a plus);
• Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI or similar);
• Deep understanding of financial reporting and management accounting;
• English level B2+ (working with international reports);
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment (experience in fintech is a plus).

Responsibilities:

• Budgeting and forecasting (monthly, quarterly, annual);
• Consolidation of management reporting for C-Level executives;
• Automation and optimization of financial processes, dashboards, and reporting;
• Analysis of key financial and operational metrics, identifying growth opportunities;
• Collaboration with business units, developing recommendations for cost optimization and profitability improvement;
• Handling ad-hoc requests: on-the-fly data analysis and financial scenario modeling.
