Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Our client, an international trading company based in the UAE is looking for an experienced and ambitious Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The company specializes in the global trade of energetic products, as well as logistics and supply chain management in key markets.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company’s strategic growth plan;
• Oversee operations, including trading, logistics, and finance;
• Expand market presence and build strong relationships with key clients and suppliers;
• Manage trading performance, risk management, and financial flows;
• Liaise with government authorities, banks, and regulatory bodies;
• Lead and develop the team, attracting top talent to the company.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of executive experience in commodity trading;
• Deep understanding of international trading markets and logistics;
• Strong strategic management, analytical, and risk management skills;
• Fluency in Russian and English (additional languages are a plus);
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, International Trade, or related fields;
• Willingness to travel as needed;
• Citizenship other than the Russian Federation is an advantage.
