We are looking for a skilled and empathetic customer interviewer to support our ongoing user research efforts for a CRM. This is a remote, part-time/freelance opportunity, ideal for someone passionate about people, communication, and uncovering insights that drive product improvement.
This role is a perfect fit for someone with a background in sociology, anthropology, UX research, or relevant experience in interviewing, research assistance, customer service, or call centers.

Compensation Terms:
You’ll be paid for each completed interview with an approved report
Additional payment is provided if an interview runs longer than the agreed time
Missed interviews (no-shows) are also compensated
