Search Quality Improvement Lead (Indonesian and English languages)

We're looking for a Search Quality Improvement Lead to help enhance the quality and relevance of search results. You'll evaluate online content, provide expert guidance, and support the development of best practices within the team.

Responsibilities:

• ensure the accuracy, relevance, and quality of search engine results;
• provide detailed feedback on completed tasks, maintaining adherence to quality standards;
• monitor and improve task instructions, making necessary updates;
• manage task-related discussions, answering questions and offering expert guidance;
• identify and escalate issues related to search engine processes and other workflows;
• handle complex, non-standard assignments requiring deep expertise;
• train and onboard new team members, conduct webinars, and support adaptation processes;
• assist in evaluating candidate pools to ensure proper talent selection;
• support data collection, communication, and administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• native Indonesian speaker with deep cultural and linguistic knowledge;
• english proficiency (B2+) to communicate effectively with international teams;
• basic knowledge of Russian (A2) to accept the agreement offer;
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail;
• experience in quality assessment, training, or team support is a plus.
