Booking Travel Manager

We are currently seeking a Booking Travel Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and managing business trips for corporate clients. Below are the main responsibilities and required skills for this position:

Key Responsibilities

• Organising and managing business trips for corporate clients.

• Developing logistical routes for efficient travel planning.

• Creating detailed travel itineraries.

• Requesting invoices and managing payments to partners/suppliers.

• Maintaining travel budgets and preparing billing information for clients.

• Efficiently handling client inquiries through the service crm - BO and email, gathering requirements, and ensuring deadlines are met.

• Selecting and booking air/train tickets, handling service operations such as Fast Track, check-in, cancellations, exchanges, and lost luggage retrieval.

• Selecting and booking hotels and other accommodation options.

• Arranging and managing transfers.

• Selecting and booking restaurants.

• Sourcing guides and arranging excursions.

• Coordinating with vendors and service providers to ensure seamless execution of client requests.

• Providing support to clients during their trips to resolve any issues that arise.

• Continuously monitoring and updating clients on changes in travel schedules or arrangements.

• Managing emergency situations, such as rebooking flights or accommodations due to unforeseen circumstances.

Requirements

• Proven experience in travel management, particularly with corporate clients.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Proficiency in CRM systems and email correspondence.

• In-depth knowledge of travel booking processes, including airlines, trains, hotels, transfers, and excursions.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.

• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations, such as travel disruptions.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to provide exceptional customer service.

• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).

• Familiarity with high-net-worth client expectations and discretion
