Perfect.Live is a fast-growing remote-first company headquartered in the EU. We operate globally, delivering premium concierge services through our app to high-net-worth individuals (HNWI), executives, and top-tier businesses. Our platform is used directly by end clients and also integrated by partner companies into their own apps to power seamless concierge and travel solutions. As we continue to grow, we are looking for our first Ticketing & Business Travel Manager to build and lead our flight booking operations.
About the Role
This is a hands-on role for an experienced professional from the travel industry. You will be the first dedicated ticketing expert at Perfect.Live, responsible for manually managing bookings in the early stages and collaborating with our product and servicing teams to help automate and scale our flight service. You’ll support a demanding, high-end clientele across personal and business needs, and help lay the foundation for a world-class ticketing operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Organise complete travel arrangements: flights, hotels, transfers, VIP lounges, and other travel-related services
- Issue, reissue, refund, and exchange airline tickets using GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Sirena, Smart Ticketing)
- Handle both voluntary and involuntary cancellations
- Maintain booking records and manage related documentation
- Communicate with clients professionally in both Russian and English
- Collaborate with product and servicing teams to improve and automate the ticketing experience
- Deliver high-touch, premium customer service to global clients
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in the business travel or airline industry
- 1+ year of hands-on ticketing experience
- Fluency in Russian and English (written and spoken)
- Strong working knowledge of GDS platforms (Sirena, Amadeus, Sabre, Smart Ticketing; Corteos is a plus)
- Completed courses or certifications in airline ticketing (preferred)
- Solid understanding of refund and cancellation rules (voluntary/involuntary)
- Comfortable handling a range of client services including hotel bookings, transfers, lounges
- Business etiquette and experience dealing with corporate clients
- Startup mindset and a proactive, problem-solving attitude
- Familiarity with high-net-worth client expectations and discretion
