Service Engineer

We expand our Service team in Kazakhstan and search for a new colleague - Service Engineer for Medical Imaging Systems Product line.

Responsibility:

• Providing technical support and on-site support on important occasions to local distributors of Medical Imaging System product line within Kazakhstan and Mongolia;
• Assisting local distributors to establish, manage and train their service teams;
• Ensuring fulfillment of key performance indicators (service sales, equipment database, partner certification, etc.)
• Ensuring mandatory software and equipment updates
• Interaction with distributors, partners, clinicians, engineers, organizing training and additional service activities
• Promotion and implementation of IT and other innovative solutions
• Collecting and feeding back customers’ requests and suggestions on products improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably majoring in (medical) electronics, biomedical engineering and related discipline
• Good command of written and spoken Kazakh and Russian, Intermediate English;
• At least 2 year’s experience in technical support, experience with patient monitors / anesthesia machines / ventilator / ultrasound scanners is preferred
• Excellent communication skills with strong sense of responsibility, team spirit, customer-oriented awareness
• Flexible to have business trips
