Electrical and Mechanical Engineer

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (as applicable) from an accredited institution

Minimum of 3–5 years of site experience in building construction projects, preferably with educational or institutional facilities

Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection (for Mechanical), or power distribution, lighting, ELV, fire alarm systems (for Electrical)

•Ability to review and interpret MEP drawings, technical specifications, and shop drawings

•Familiarity with relevant international standards and local regulations (e.g., IEC, ASHRAE, NFPA, etc.)

•Proficiency in engineering software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Dialux, HAP, etc.)

•Experience in coordination with architects, civil engineers, and subcontractors for proper MEP integration

•Capable of conducting site inspections, supervising installation works, and ensuring compliance with design and quality standards

•Experience in preparing material submittals, method statements, and inspection requests

•Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight schedules

• Fluent in Russian and English (both written and verbal); knowledge of Korean is advantage

•Willingness to work full-time on-site and adapt to project needs

• Design and implement mechanical systems and equipment for the construction of the university, ensuring compliance with local and international standards.

• Review and analyze project specifications, technical drawings, and design calculations.

• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, fire safety, and other critical systems.

• Perform regular site inspections to ensure that mechanical work is progressing according to the project schedule and specifications.

• Collaborate with other engineering disciplines (electrical, civil, structural) to ensure integrated system designs.

• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical design and construction issues as they arise.

• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and records.

• Provide technical support and guidance to construction teams and subcontractors.

• Ensure all mechanical works are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering degree from an accredited school.

• More than 5 years of experience as a electrical engineer

• Experience in using or a desire to learn the required software.

• Knowledge of applicable codes related to electronic engineering.

• Strong knowledge of local technical regulations, standards, and conventional civil and structural requirements;

• Licensed as a professional electrical engineer.

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Mechanical Engineer, preferably in large-scale construction projects.

• Solid knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.

• Proficiency in mechanical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, or similar).

• Strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices in Uzbekistan.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Fluent in Russian and English (both written and verbal); knowledge of Korean is advantage
