We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to manage and improve our hiring processes. We use tools like LinkedIn, SalesQL, SmartRecruiters, HiBob, Kaggle, HackerRank, ChatGPT, and others, and we are open to adopting new technologies that enhance our recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all stages of the hiring process, from understanding the specific requirements of each role to successfully closing positions across various departments.
  • Recruit for a wide array of positions, including quantitative researchers, traders, algorithm developers, and other financial and technical roles.
  • Lead interviews to assess candidates' soft skills and competencies, ensuring they align with both the technical requirements and cultural values of our organization.
  • Utilize various channels to identify and engage prospective candidates, building a robust talent pipeline.
  • Keep detailed records of recruitment activities, providing insights and reports on key metrics to inform strategy.
  • Partner with department heads and team leaders throughout the recruitment process and beyond to ensure a seamless hiring experience and successful onboarding.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in IT recruitment, preferably within fintech or HFT sectors.
  • 2+ years managing recruitment processes across different countries and cultures.
  • Proven track record of hiring in fast-growing companies.
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Experience working with recruitment agencies to supplement internal hiring efforts when necessary.
  • Strong knowledge of the IT sector, including current market trends and best practices.
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills at a C1-C2 level.
