Manager, Legal Group, Tax & Legal Department

As a Manager in Legal Group, you will:

• Provide legal advice to foreign and local pharmaceutical and fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) group of clients on various legal issues, including but not limited to, regulatory permits and licensing requirements, marketing and promotion, corporate and labour.
• Assist with legal aspects in M&A projects.
• Coordinate work on multiple client engagements.
• Take part in business development efforts.
• Review of legal advices, reports and other deliverables prepared by junior staff.
• Support the development and training of junior staff.

You’re the perfect match for this role if you:

• Have at least 6 years of experience, preferably in legal consulting;
• Have excellent analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
