Provide a process for forecasting equipment purchase costs on a weekly, monthly and annual basis.

Effectively communicate with stores/purchasing/finance teams/internal supply chain teams/branch stakeholders/other ongoing streams involved in the project
Provide analysis and visibility of performance indicators, results, costs on a weekly, monthly and annual basis and deliver annual target results on a monthly basis.
Ensure standardization of processes (SOPs, Instructions, etc.)
Analysis of data from FSD reports, identification of indicators and KPIs for improvements, proposals for action to interested departments.
Monitoring profitable and non-profitable items, customers and routes, for communication with the sales department and monitoring the improvement of indicators on the part of the sales department.
Development, maintenance and implementation of practices from the corporate office to the FSD DashBoard.
Preparation of presentations on FSD indicators and KPIs
