Ensuring transparent communication and collaboration between sales, customer relations (CR), and leadership teams to drive accountability and execution before, during and after review
Continuous analysis of sales trends and metrics to identify growth opportunities, risks, and data-driven recommendations
General duties and responsibilities:
5+ years in commercial/sales operations, trade marketing, or business analytics (pharma/FMCG preferred)
Proven experience in cross-functional project management, including strategic reviews
Advanced data analysis skills (sales forecasting, KPI tracking, trend interpretation) and proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, QlickSense)
Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Experience in stakeholder management
Financial acumen: understanding of ROI, resource allocation, and budget optimization
English: Upper-Intermediate (written and spoken)
