(Senior) Custom clearance manager

Key responsibilities:
Insight into KZ customs related law and regulation, following up policy changes and evaluate impact
Establish internal process and update regularly based on policy interpretation, ensure compliance operation
Evaluate HW KZ customs business risk with global risk analysis methodology regularly
Support supply team/KAD with customs related topics in contract negotiation and fulfillment
Manage HW KZ customs duty/cost in compliant and reasonable methods
Cooperate with customs broker for business operation, manage their business performance and undertake audit regularly
Establish and maintain good relationship with key customs point authority, including but not limited to Almaty, Horgos, etc.
Requirements:
Good knowledge in customs business area, including but not limited to WTO/WCO frame agreement, KZ customs valuation, HS code classification, country of origin, all types of import/export control, product certification, etc.
At least 5 years of working experience of customs business in enterprises, or in relative consulting company & law firms
Fluent in both English and Russian, better with Chinese language ability
Excellent collaboration skills with a wide variety of people (supply managers, KAD, customs broker, customs authority, etc.), able to quickly establish connection with people
Strong sense of principle and procedures, be able to design flexible solution in compliant way
Ability to work across cultural and organizational boundaries and operate successfully in an intense business environment.
